I've worked at galleries, daily newspapers, in editing, publishing, assisting (digital/darkroom), and freelanced.
Select clients include The Wall Street Journal, Newsday, Sports + Arts in Schools Foundation and NYC and Company (Tourism Bureau of New York). My work has also been published in USA Today, The New York Times and US News and World Report.
In 2007, I earned a Bachelor of Journalism at the University of Texas-Austin. While in school I interned at The Olympian. Before graduating, I attended the At Home with David Alan Harvey Workshop, and in 2008 I attended the Eddie Adams Workshop. Some work has been recognized by the National Press Photographers Association, The Hearst Foundation and the Atlanta Photojournalism Competition.
During Summer 2011 I got a commercial drivers license and drove tour buses in Juneau, AK. If you need anything or want to hear stories about bears, busdrivers, McDonald's or Sarah Palin feel free to call/e-mail.
